What can I use a Self Pay Kiosk for?
As a prepaid customer, you can use it to top up your mobile. As a postpaid customer, you can use it to pay your invoice.
Can I also top up the mobile phone number of a member of my family or friends or pay their invoice?
Yes, you can! Simply enter the number of the customer whose mobile you wish to top up or whose invoice you wish to pay. The beneficiary will then receive a text to confirm the transaction.
What is the advantage of topping up your mobile or paying your invoice at the Self Pay Kiosk?
If you are used to topping up your mobile or your invoice at a BASE shop, you can now do that without having to queue at the till. You can pay by several payment methods.
Where can I find such a Self Pay Kiosk?
At the moment, not all of the BASE shops are equipped with a terminal. Click here to find the nearest kiosk.
What payment methods can I use to top up my mobile or to pay my invoice?
You can use your bank card (Bancontact/MisterCash), your credit card, Proton or cash.
Are the payments I make on the Self Pay Kiosk secure?
Absolutely. This method of payment is secure. If you pay by card, the payment will be via a c-zam terminal, just as if you were paying at the till.
