Who can use My Prepaid?

Every Prepaid customer who applies for a password can view his transactions via My Prepaid.

What does My Prepaid cost?

My Prepaid is a completely FREE service.

What information can I retrieve via My Prepaid?

The calls and text messages can be retrieved per period, for the two previous months. You just need to enter a start and end date. The time of your call or text message, the network, the time the call lasted and the price will be displayed. You can consult your top-up history and the bundles you have received (free text messages or minutes) for the past month or for the past two or six months.

Can I change my password?

You can change your password at any time. Send a text message 'LOGIN <your new password>' (e.g., 'LOGIN Jan54321') to 1914.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Again send a text message 'LOGIN' or 'LOGIN <your new password>' (e.g. 'LOGIN Jan54321') to 1914.
