What do I need to make a top-up at a BNP Paribas Fortis terminal?
A BNP Paribas Fortis Bancontact card.
How do I top up my own call credit?
Enter your BNP Paribas Fortis Bancontact card in the terminal and follow the steps on the screen: select 'mobile services' and then select your operator. Select the top-up amount and enter your mobile phone number. To finalise, confirm the data you have entered and enter your secret PIN. You can have a receipt printed and you will always receive a confirmation text when the top-up is completed.
How can I top up call credit for another mobile number?
Follow the same procedure as under 2, but enter the other mobile number.
Are there any BNP Paribas Fortis terminals I can use to make a top-up abroad?
No, this service is only available in Belgium.
Can I top up at a BNP Paribas Fortis terminal when I am a customer of another bank?
This service is currently only available to BNP Paribas Fortis customers. In a next phase all our customers - regardless of the bank they are affiliated with - will be able to use this service.
Which amount can I top up at a BNP Paribas Fortis terminal?
You can top up a minimum of € 5 and a maximum of € 90, in increments of 5 euros.
