How do I top up at a BNP Paribas Fortis terminal?
- Insert your bank card in the terminal and select 'mobile services' on the screen.
- Select your operator.
- Enter your (or someone else's) mobile number and the amount of your choice.
- Confirm the entered data.
- Enter your PIN.
- Upon termination, you will receive a confirmation text and - if required - a ticket.

This service is currently only available to BNP Paribas Fortis customers. Customers of other banks will also be able to top up their call credit on all BNP Paribas Fortis terminals in the near future.
