Who can use Auto Reload?

Every Prepaid customer who registered for this service.

How can I activate Auto Reload?

I am a new user:
  • Register here.
  • Select the payment method: credit card or direct debit.
  • You prefer direct debit? Print the direct debit form and sign it. Are you a Dexia, KBC, Fortis, ING or Bank van De Post customer? Send the document to:

    NB: do not send or fax the document to your bank or to us!
    Are you a customer of another bank? Take the document to your branch. Your bank will notify Liquix.
  • Do you prefer to pay by credit card? You do not have to send a document.

I am already registered for SMS top-up:
  • Click here and enter your user name and password.
  • Go to your personal details, click on 'auto' next to the right mobile number.
  • Tick the 'activate auto reload' box.
  • Enter the fixed time when you want to top up and/or the minimum call credit limit. Then enter the required top-up amount.
  • Then send a text 'AUTO pin' (e.g., AUTO 12345) to 1914 to start up the automatic top-up system.

Where can I find my PIN?

Do you prefer to pay using your bank account? You will receive your PIN in your next bank statement, together with a € 0.01 deposit.

Do you prefer to pay by credit card? You will receive an e-mail containing your personal PIN. If you want to, you can use this service immediately.

I am unable to print my direct debit form. What do I have to do?

Download a form here. Print, complete and sign it and send it to the address mentioned on the document. Or fax it to 078/15 10 05.

When can I start using the automatic top-up service?

Once registered you will receive a PIN. All you have to do now is send a text 'AUTO pin' (e.g., AUTO 12345) to 1914 to start the automatic top-up.

What does 'minimum call credit' mean?

The minimum call credit indicates when you want us to automatically top up your sim card. You specify the amount, minimum € 2.

How many telephone numbers can I register?

For each current account or credit card you can register maximum five telephone numbers.

How much can I top up?

You can top up a maximum of € 30 each time.

Can I (temporarily) cancel Auto Reload?


You can cancel Auto Reload and reactivate it as much as you want.
  • Click here and enter your user name and password.
  • Go to your personal details, click on 'auto' next to the right mobile number and deselect the 'activate auto reload' box.

How can I change the minimum call credit or the top-up day? Or the value of the top-up?


You can change these data as much as you want.
  • Click >here and enter your user name and password.
  • Go to your personal details, click on 'auto' next to the right mobile number and change the amounts and/or times.

How can I add or remove a number from my current registration?

You can do so easily on the registration page. You do not have to submit a document.

What do I have to do when my current account changes?

Change your current account number on the registration page. We will cancel your existing direct debit and send a request to your new bank. All you have to do is sign and submit the direct debit document.

What do I have to do when my credit card number changes?

Change your credit card number on the registration page. We will cancel your existing direct debit and send a request to your new credit company.

Can I see the amounts I have topped up?

You'll find an overview of your top-ups in My Prepaid, but they will also be included in your bank or your credit card statements.

How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe here.

  • Click on 'Automatic Reload' and enter your user name and password.
  • Go to your personal details, click on 'Auto Reload' next to the right mobile number and deselect the 'Automatic top-up' box.
