Auto Reload refers to automatically topping up your call credit, i.e., topping up without a care. You specify your needs once and that is all you have to do. We do the rest for you!
Permanent advantage: we double the call value of your 10th Auto Reload!
If you perform ten consecutive top-ups for the same amount when a certain minimum limit is reached or at a specific time with Auto Reload, we will add the value of your 10th top-up again to your call value.
There are three options to top up your call credit automatically:
topping up when a certain minimum limit is reached
If you top up when a certain minimum limit is reached (e.g., € 2 or € 5) you will never run out of credit. The top-up amount you select will automatically be added to your balance and you can always make calls or send text messages.
topping up at a specific time
When topping up at a specific time, for instance every Sunday or every 5th of the month, you keep your (or your children's) call budget under strict control. At the set time the top-up amount you selected will be added and you do not have to do anything else.
or a combination of the above methods
For example, you can instruct us to top up your call credit with € 25 every 3rd day of the month or if the minimum call credit of € 5 has been reached. Convenient and reassuring!
You pay by means of your credit card or your bank account. If you want to pay your top-ups with your credit card, you can start using this service immediately.
How do I activate Auto Reload?
- Send a text message LOGIN to 1914.
- You will receive a password by text message.
- Do you prefer to choose your own password? Send a text message LOGIN
(e.g., LOGIN Jan12345) to 1914. Your password consists of minimum eight and maximum sixteen characters and only of alphanumeric symbols. - As soon as you have your password, you can login to My Prepaid. Enter your mobile number and password.
- Configure Auto Reload.
If you already use SMS Reload, log on via 'Manage your details' and configure Auto Reload under 'preferences'.
