How do I know when a new invoice is online?

You will be informed by a text message that a new invoice is available online. The text message will also mention the amount due.

How can I pay my invoices online?

You can do so with a simple click on the button, with the secured e-Pay system. Careful: e-Pay is not an option if you pay your invoices by direct debit through your bank account or credit card.

Will I also get a paper version of my invoices?

You decide for yourself. You can ask to just receive your invoices online from now on. You can do so by adjusting your Preferences. Or send a text message containing the message 'Paper stop' to 1914. If you still want a certain invoice on paper, you can download it and print it yourself.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Again send a text message 'LOGIN' or 'LOGIN <your new password>' (e.g. 'LOGIN Jan54321') to 1914.

Can anyone who is linked to my customer number retrieve the online invoices?

No. Only the account holder or the person authorised by the account holder can retrieve the invoices. Other mobile numbers linked to your customer number do not get access to the invoices.

Is it secure to retrieve the online invoices?

It certainly is. If someone enters a wrong login or password three times, the access will be blocked.

I do not manage to print my invoices with Adobe Acrobat Reader. How can I solve this problem?

This is probably due to your printer settings. You can try to optimise the printing process. In order to do so, open the print window in Acrobat Reader, click on 'advanced' and select the box 'print as image'. This should solve the problem.

Can everyone work with 'Your online invoice'?

Yes, both private customers and businesses can use this service
