Paying with e-PAY
Who can use e-PAY?
KBC, Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis or ING customers can use e-PAY with PC banking. You can also pay your invoice online with a credit card or with your Bancontact/MisterCash card (regardless of the bank that issued it), or with m-banxafe.
Can I also pay someone else's invoice?
Absolutely. Just enter his or her mobile number, enter the amount and make the payment. You can even send a free text message to the person whose invoice you are paying.
An error message is displayed on the screen while I am making the payment. What do I have to do?
Call us on 1999 and state the exact error message. We will investigate the problem and keep you informed.
I want to pay with online banking. But when I click on my bank's icon an error message is displayed on the screen. What do I have to do?
In this case you should contact your bank's help desk. There is a problem with online banking.
Is a payment through e-Pay secure?
Absolutely. The payment is made using Ogone, market leader in Belgium for payments on the internet. You can be absolutely sure that your payment will be processed quickly and securely.
