Yes, I want my own BASE MasterCard!
Ordering a BASE MasterCard is easy as pie! Are you 18 years or older, do you have a stable income and a Belgian bank account number?
Then fill in the application form here.
Print it, sign it and send it to the address mentioned on the form. If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation letter and you will be asked to choose a pin code. After choosing this pin code, you will receive your BASE MasterCard in the mail within 13 days.
You can also visit the nearest BASE shop
and pick up a form.
Attention: you can only apply for a customized photo card online.
The BASE MasterCard is issued by International Card Services in collaboration with KPN Group Belgium.
